Special Delivery Valentine's Day Cards

Hey there crafty friends! Today I have a Valentine's card duo to share over on the Newton's Nook Designs blog featuring this adorable little scottie dog from the Canine Christmas stamp set.  

Even though this image is from a Christmas stamp set, this little pup works perfectly to deliver a Valentine as well!! First I stamped, embossed and colored the Scottie dog using Copic markers in pinks. For the layers I used the Framework Die.

Using the Tumbling Hearts Stencil I created an inked background with Picked Raspberry and Spun Sugar Distress Inks. I then went over some of the hearts with Nuvo Glimmer Paste to add both dimension and sparkle.

I popped up the dog using some double sided foam tape and stamped and embossed the sentiment from the Newton's Happy Mail stamps. Finally I added an enamel heart embellishment and lots of sparkle marker over the cloak.
