La-La Land Crafts Inspiration Monday

Hi crafty friends! It is Inspiration Monday over on the La-La Land Crafts blog and we are creating with the theme: Birthday! All the supplies and colors I used are listed there are links to the stamps and dies below. Here is what I made:

I created a simple design featuring the adorable Hippo Birdie Clear stamps. I stamped and colored the image using Copic markers and fussy cut him out, To create the background I used the Magical Forest Paper Pack that coordinated well with the image. I cut out the layers using the Double Stitched Rectangles and the Scalloped Rectangles Die. It's hard to see in the photo but I also added a layer of metallic silver cardstock.

I stamped and embossed the sentiment, popped up the image using foam tape and added some sparkly silver gems for a finishing touch. Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you have a great day :)
