The Rabbit Hole Designs Halloween 2020 Release Day 1 Hop

Swimming By to Say Hi

Hi everyone! I have a couple cards to share featuring this adorable mermaid from Honey Bee stamps Swimming By. I just love her!! She is currently on sale for real cheap and being retired. 

I stamped, embossed and Copic colored the images. The adorable fish is from The Rabbit Hole Designs Mermaid Hair stamps. For the background I used two different stencils. The one on the left is from Gina Marie Designs and the one on the right is from Hero Arts. I used Distress Inks and splattered the background with Glimmer Mist and water.

The Slim Line dies is from LDRS Creative. I stamped and embossed the sentiment and embellished using some sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.

Sharing Some Cards I Created

Hi crafty friends! Today I have some projects to share using a variety of products in my stash. Here is what I made:

I made these two cute cards featuring stamps from My Favorite Things. 

I stamped, embossed and colored up the images using Copics. The backgrounds were inked using the Stamp Anniething Diamond Ball Crosshatch stencil and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide and Spun Sugar ink. 

The sentiments were embossed and and cut using the Taylored Expressions Simple Strips stamps and dies. 

For the frames I cut out the hearts in rainbow colors on this one and the other I left open. I embellished with iridescent sequins from Honey Bee Stamps. 

For my second set of cards I used the Wave Hollow stencil for the backgrounds.

For this first background I used distress inks and Nuvo Glimmer Paste to add texture and sparkle.

The adorable mermaids and sea creatures are from the Love Cynthia Just Keep Swimming stamps. I stamped, embossed and colored up these cuties using Copics. 

For the second background I masked off the semi-circle and moved the stencil around and ink blended to get a cohesive effect. 

I framed the background using the largest die from the Stackable Spiral Pattern Circle Dies. I embellished with the same Honey Bee sequins and stamped and embossed the sentiment.

U R GREAT Father's Day Card

Hey there crafty friends! Today I have a card I made super quick to send to my Father-in-law for Father's Day. Hubby asked if I had a "guy" card and of course I did not LOL! I've been wanting to use this truck die from Spellbinders for forever so I pulled it out and went to work.

I asked hubby for a theme and since his dad has a dark gray truck and lives in Arizona he said make it driving into the sunset in the desert LOL. Well, this is what I came up with. First I inked up the background using distress inks. I cut the truck out using cardstock and mirror cardstock from Sizzix. 

I added an extra touch by inking up the license plate. The cactus cuts are using a Stamp Anniething Die set. It's hard to see in the pics but I added some acetate behind the windshield.

I also added the cactus to the inside of the card and stamped a sentiment from Jaded Blossom.

Thanks A Lot Chubby Cats

Hi everyone! Today I have a couple thank you cards to share featuring the adorable cat stamp from the Paper Smooches Chubby Chums set.

I stamped and embossed the cats and the banner from the Best Buds stamps. I colored them using Copics and cut them using my Scan and Cut. I colored a gray and orange kitty.

For the background I used a Tim Holtz stencil and Victorian Velvet distress ink. I cut the layer using a stitched rectangle die.

I added some Pinfresh Studio jewels for some extra sparkle.

Finally, I added some highlights using a white gel pen.
