La-La Land Crafts Inspiration Monday -Get Better

Hello crafty friends! It is Inspiration Monday over on the La-La Land Crafts blog and we are creating projects with the theme: Get Better

All the products I used and the colors are listed and linked below. I found this sweet sentiment on the Honey Bear stamps and this is what I created:

I colored up this little honey bear and the bees using Copic markers and then I fussy cut them out. The background floral layer is from the Awakening Paper Pad. Using the medium size die from the Pierced Scallop Circles I cut out some white cardstock to frame the little bear. I stamped and embossed the sentiment onto some black card stock to make it pop.

I inked the little grass die cuts using Distress Ink. For a finishing touch I added a couple flowers and gems as well as sparkle to the honey and the bee wings.

La-La Land Inspiration Monday- Birthday

Hey there crafty friends! Today is Inspiration Monday over on the La-La Land Crafts blog and we are sharing Birthday themed cards! All the links to the products and the colors I used are listed below.

Here is what I created:

I made a birthday card featuring the adorable pups from the Pardon My Frenchie stamps. I stamped and embossed them first and then colored them carefully using Copic markers. I love the added texture of the embossing! I fussy cut them all out trimming the pups to peek through the little windows in the Linked Squares Die.

I cut out a scalloped rectangle and splattered using gold metallic markers and silver Glimmer Mist. To coordinate I use a background layer of patterned papers with a confetti print. I popped up the pup with the balloon using foam tape for added dimension. For a finishing touch I added some sparky gemstones.

Newton's Nook Designs January Release 2022 Day 4

Hi crafty friends! Today is Day 4 of the Newton's Nook Designs January release and we have one new stamp and die set to reveal! All the new products will be available for purchase tomorrow, Friday!

Here is what I create using the new Love Bots stamp and die set:

I created a shaker card featuring the new A7 Die set. I colored the robots using Copic markers and cut them out using the coordinating dies. Using the frame cut from the A7 Die set I created shaker windows and filled them with white, pink and red Valentine themed sequins. I used the new Love & Meows paper to back the shaker windows. Using the largest die, I cut the scalloped layer in red card stock. I stamped and embossed the sentiment onto one of the banners in this new die set.

Newton's Nook Designs January Release 2022 Day 3

Hi crafty friends! Today is Day 3 of the Newton's Nook Designs January Release and we are featuring 2 new stamp sets! All the new products will be available for purchase on Friday!

Here is what I created using the new Heartfelt Meows and Heartfelt Woofs stamps:

For my first card I colored up these adorable kitties using Copic markers. I cut the image out using the Heart Frames Die Set which coordinates perfectly. I embossed the background layer using the new Petite Heart stencil. It's a little hard to see in the pics but the added texture is amazing! I also used paper from the new Love & Meows Paper Pad. The sentiment was stamped and embossed onto a banner from the Banner Trio Die Set. For a finishing touch I embellished with some sparkly gemstones.

For my second card, I used a similar design using a different layout and patterned paper.

These cards were so fun to color! Aren't the images just the cutest??

Newton's Nook January Release 2022 Day 2

Hi crafty friends!! Today is Reveal Day 2 for the Newton's Nook January release and we are featuring a new stamp and coordinating die set today! All the new goodies will be available to purchase on Friday!

Here is what I created with the new Orchids stamp set:

I stamped the orchids and colored them in pinks using Copic markers. I cut them out using the coordinating dies. To create the shaker I cut out the triple frame from the new A7 Die set. I created shaker windows using some pink and clear iridescent sequins. The sentiment was stamped and embossed onto the banner from the Banner Trio Die set. The little heart is from the new Knead Kittens stamp and die set.
