Cricut Hoot 'n' Holler owls!

I love the Cricut Hoot 'n' Holler cartridge.  I just finished making all these little owls.

Now I have to decide what to use them for. So cute!

Penguin Composition Book

I decorated this composition book for my daughter who just started 7th grade and is into penguins.





I cut the penguins from Cricut Create a Critter and Joyful Holidays. The Just Chillin is also from Create a Critter. I used my cuttlebug to give texture to the snow and stickled the words, scarf and umbrella. I got the idea from Divine Domesticity's blog and she gives ideas for measurements:

Chihuahua sympathy card

I made this card for my in-laws after they lost their little old friend Diablo. He was such a sweet little dog and I tried to capture his looks in this card.

I used the Four Legged Friends Cricut cartridge and a sentiment stamp from My Pink Stamper.

Train card

Here is a train card I made for my husband for his birthday. He collects Lionel trains

and  I thought this would be the perfect die cut.

 

I used my Cricut Heritage cartridge for the black and gold train, nameplate and the lamp posts. I used the Elegant Edges  cartridge for the shaped background. I cut it in half to use on the front of the gatefold card I made with tan cardstock.
