Snow Much Cheer

Hi crafty friends! I have a wintery card to share featuring some fabulous stamps and dies from Newton's Nook Designs. You can find the supplies I used listed below.

One of my favorite sets is the Snow Much Cheer stamps. I colored up the snowman using Copic markers and cut it out using the coordinating die. I cut out the snowglobe frame several ties for dimension and the base twice using silver mirror cardstock. I ink blended using Distress Oxide inks and used texture paste and the Petite Snow Stencil for the snowy background.

To complete the card I stamped and embossed the sentiment from the Heartfelt Holidays stamps and added the glittered cardstock snowflakes and gems.

I hope you like my card! Thanks for stopping by! Have a great day :)

On Your Special Day

Hi crafty friends! I have a card to share featuring the gorgeous new Spellbinders Glimmering Just For You Hot Foil Die.

I love how the silver foil looks on blue cardstock. It was so easy to hot foil the floral image and sentiment and color it using Copic markers.

For a finishing touch I added some sparkly gemstones.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great day :)

Scrappy Tails Crafts Breast Cancer Pink Ribbon Instagram Hop

Hi everyone! We are raising awareness for breast cancer with a very “pink” Instagram hop! It can be hard to find the right words and today’s hop will give you some inspiration to create uplifting encouragement cards. Join us over on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/thescrappinrabbit/

For $19.95 this set has a gorgeous 3 inch tall two-layer ribbon that allows you to stamp your sentiment right onto the ribbon.

ALL profits will go to two breast cancer research hospitals, the Providence Regional Cancer Partnership and the Moffitt Cancer Center. Fellow crafter, @my_4angelsdesigns reached out to see if we would help with her mission to bring smiles to breast cancer fighters through handmade cards. Meredith is a recent breast cancer survivor. The owner of Scrappy Tails, Sabrina, wanted to help. This topic is dear to Sabrina’s heart, because her mom, Kirsten was diagnosed with breast cancer and has been fighting her own fight. Meredith and Sabrina designed this stamp & die set to help us to create uplifting messages, while raising money for the hospitals where Meredith and Kirsten were treated. We hope to raise $750 for each hospital, it would mean the world to us if you would consider purchasing a set!

Spellbinders Floral Reflections New Release

Hi Crafty friends! I have a couple cards to share featuring the new floral Reflections release from Spellbinders. You can find the list of the supplies that I used below.

For my first project I created a slimline card. For the background I trimmed a panel of white card stock at 3.5"x 8.5" and used the gorgeous new Floral Frenzy 3D Embossing Folder to emboss it. The texture is amazing!! For floral dies are from the new Sealed Wildflowers. I cut the greenery and florals using a variety of colored card stock and arranged them like a bouquet. I foiled the sentiment from the Everyday Sentiments II Glimmer Hot Foil Plates with gold foil. For a finishing touch I added some sparkly gem stones.

For my second project I used the new Glimmering Just For You Hot Foil Plate and colored it using Copic markers. I cut the floral bouquet using the coordinating die. I cut a rectangle of white card stock and also used the Floral Frenzy 3D embossing folder to add amazing texture.

I cut out another rectangle using the Gold Mirror card stock to frame the embossed layer and adhered them to the front of a pink A2 card base. I also used the sentiment that came with this set.

Deck the Halls With Bow-Wows of Holly!

Hey there crafty friends! Today I have a card to share featuring some Newton's Nook cuteness. You can find links to the supplies I used below.

The image I chose was from the new Wreath Pups stamps. I colored it using Copic markers and cut it out using the coordinating die. I added lots of sparkle to the ribbon though it did not photograph as I hoped.

For even more sparkle, I cut out the pine branches and pine cones from the Pines & Holly dies out of glittered cardstock. I added a layer from the new Christmas Time Paper Pad and cut out a rectangle from the Frames & Flags die to stamp the sentiment.

I think it turned out so cute! I hope you like my card. Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great day :)

Newton's Nook Designs Holiday Heights

Hi crafty friends! I'm over on the Newton's Nook Designs blog today and have a card to share featuring the adorable Holiday Heights stamp set.

I stamped and colored the adorable image using Copic markers and cut it out using the coordinating die set. To create the background I ink blended using Distress Oxide inks and splattered using glimmer mist and white acrylic paint. I also ink blended the trees from the Forest Scene Builder Dies and splattered them a well.

To finish it off I stamped and embossed the sentiment and popped up the stamped image using double sided adhesive foam tape.

Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you like my card. Have a great day :)
