La-La Land Crafts Inspiration Monday 3D

Hi crafty friends! Today is Monday Inspiration over on the La-La Land Crafts blog and the theme this week is "3D". I decided to create a treat box using the Large Bird House die.

I created a simple 1 inch deep box and attached the bird house panels to each side. I double layered the roof and base border using white and blue cardstock.The bird was stamped using various blue inks and cut out using the coordinating die.

I created the handle using the Build-A-Frame Stitched Large Die and attached it using brads so the handle could swing to the side and you can fill the box with yummy treats or a gift card. The sentiment is from the Oh Crop stamp set.

La-La Land Crafts Inspiration Monday

Hi crafty friends! It is Inspiration Monday with La-La-Land Crafts and theme is: Planner/Organization. La-La Land Crafts has some great new stamps and dies for planning. I decided to create a card. The product links and colors I used are all listed below.

I created an A2 sized card base and cut out layers using patterned papers from the Note To Self and Life Documented Paper Packs. I stamped and colored the little mouse using Copic markers. The mouse is holding a Copic but I colored it to look like a pencil. I also cut a layer from the Notebook Pages Die and stamped it using the new Journal This stamp set.

I used a heart die cut from the Desk Accessories set to create the little heart paperclip. For a finishing touch I added some heart enamel stickers. I hope you like my card! Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great day :)

Newton's Nook Designs March Release Day 3

Hi crafty friends! Today is Day 3 of the Newton's Nook Designs March Release and we have two new stamps and coordinating dies to share. All the new product will be available in the shop tomorrow 3/17. Here is what I created:

I stamped and colored the adorable new images in the Newton's Blooms stamp and die cut them using the coordinating dies. I cut the new Oval Frames Die Set scalloped oval and stamped the image. I added a soft ink blended background.

The butterfly paper is from the new Springtime 6x6 paper pad and I thought it would look so cute behind the adorable kittens in the pot.

For my last card I stamped and colored the new Tulips stamps three times and cut them out using the coordinating dies. I colored them like the tulips that I had in my backyard garden as a child. I also colored up the adorable sleeping kitten from the Newton's Antics stamp set. I added a soft ink blended background of sky and grass and then stamped and embossed the sentiment.

Newton's Nook Designs March Release Day 2

Hi crafty friends! Today is Day 2 of the Newton's Nook Designs March Release and we have two new stamps with coordinating dies and a stencil to reveal! all the new products will be available for purchase on 17th. Here is what I created:

I stamped and colored the images from the new Welcome New Cat stamps and cut them out using the coordinating dies. What a perfect set for your cat loving friend or for someone who just got a new kitten. I used the new Petite Pawprints stencil to dry emboss the white card stock layer. I just love the subtle texture this adds to the card. I also used the new Oval Frames Die to cut the rounded scallop along the bottom edge. Peeking along the bottom is patterned papers from the new 6"x6" Springtime Paper Pad.

My second card features the new Welcome New Dog stamp and die. I stamped and colored the images using Copic markers and cut them out using the coordinating dies. To create the background I cut out a scalloped rectangle from the Frames & Flags Die and ink blended the background using the Clouds Stencil.

I added ink blended grass with splatter die cut using the Land Borders Die across the bottom and ran it through the scalloped rectangle die as well. For a finishing touch I added a butterfly from the Daffodils Stamp set.

Newton's Nook Designs March Release Day 1

Hi crafty friends! It is Day 1 of the Newton's Nook Designs March Release and I'm so excited to share my project with you! Today we are featuring a new 4"x8" size stamp set called Best Mom Oval as well as a new Oval Frames Die Set that coordinates! There is also a new Spring themed paper pad! All the new products will be available in the shop on Thursday, March 17th. Here is what I created:

I created an A2 sized top folding card. I stamped and embossed the Best Mom Oval and sentiment stamp using gold embossing powder and colored the florals and leaves using Copic markers. I cut it out using the new Oval Frames Die Set. For the background layer I dry embossed white card stock using the Basket Weave stencil. It gives it a nice and subtle texture without taking away from the stamp design.

I added the purple vellum butterfly die cut using the Slimline Frames & Portholes Die set and added some gold embossing powder for the body and antennae. For a finishing touch I added some sparkly gemstones.

La-La Land Crafts Inspiration Monday Green & Gold

Hello crafty friends! Today is Inspiration Monday on the La-La Land Crafts blog and we are sharing projects with the theme: Green & Gold. You can find a list of colors and the links to the products I used below. Here is what I created:

I created an A6 sized card. The roses are from the Your Kindness stamps and I stamped and embossed them using gold embossing powder. I colored them using Copic markers and fussy cut them out. I found this patterned paper in the Merry & Bright Paper Pack and thought it would make the perfect backdrop for the sparkly roses. I used the Pierced Scalloped Circle Dies to stamp and emboss the coordinating sentiment. I framed the rectangle die cut with metallic gold cardstock to complete the look. For a finishing touch I added some sparkly gemstones.

Newton's Nook Designs Garden Mice

Hi crafty friends! I have a card to share featuring some Spring cuteness from Newton's Nook Designs. I used the Garden Mice stamps along with some of the florals to created a little garden scene. You can find a list of the products I used along with links to the shop below :)

I started with an A7 size card base. I cut the scalloped layer from the new A7 Frames & Banners Die set and ink blended a soft background with grass and sky. I added green splatter on the ground and metallic silver on the sky for added texture. I colored all the images using Copic markers, fussy cutting out some and cutting the rest out using the coordinating dies.

I popped up the two side mice using foam tape for added dimension and for a finishing touch I added some pink sparkly gemstones. Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you have a great day :)

La-La Land Crafts Inspiration Monday

My second card features this adorable hippo from the Sweet Wishes stamp set.

I stamped and colored up this cutie using Copic markers. I cut out the little hearts from the Desk Accessories Die set. I love the look of the pink with the mint that coordinates with the new patterned paper. How cute is that little clip from the Notebook Pages Die set?
