Happy weekend my crafty friends! Another lovely day sure to turn hot with above average temperatures here in SoCal. I really am not obsessed with the weather, lol, it's just this drought has me hoping for more rain!!!! Are you getting ready for the holidays? I know I am thinking about Thanksgiving with me having to host it this year. I am hoping not to stress and will work on relaxing a bit more to enjoy the day. Yes, I must "work" on relaxing!! So crafting more should help because I find that very relaxing :)
I'm still using my Expression and sadly had to return my Explore. I'm very disappointed but they are supposed to email me a label in a few days so I can return it and then they will ship out a replacement. Maybe I will get it for my actual birthday in a couple weeks.
Today I am sharing a card I made for Thanksgiving.
I used this cutie pie November Bear file from Too Cute By Jessica. For the A2 card I used Kraft card stock. I hand cut the banner using papers from DCWV Sweater Weather stack. Those plaid hearts are just so cute!
The sentiment is from the Craftin Desert Diva's Talk Turkey to Me set and I used the free SVG that goes with the sentiment. I added some burlap thread and a button. Simple and cute!

ReplyDeleteHow sad that you have to return your Explore. Did you get a chance to use it at all? I pulled the plug and ordered one from Joann the other day when they had them on sale. I'm excited to get it but am not looking forward to learning how to use it. It's been a while since I've even used my Expression so I have some brushing up to do :) Have a great weekend :)
