Craftin Desert Divas July Release Blog Hop Day 1


Welcome to the CDD July Stamp Release Blog Hop.  All stamps are in the CDD Shop and now available for purchase.

Here's what I've created for you today...


I made a shaker card for a baby shower. I used my favorite zebra and colored her with purple spectrum noir markers. I made the shaker with my fuse tool and filled it up with the CDD Pixie Dust sequins. The word baby is from the CTMH Cricut Artiste cartridge and the card shape is from Design Space. 


I added some prima flowers and pearls and used a sentiment from the Snips & Snails stamp set. 

For my next card I made a Christmas In July shaker card.


I used the Zebra and Koala and put them together. The antlers are from the Chill Out stamps and the present and Santa hat is from the Owl-idays.  The cuts are all from my Cricut and the tree is from the Joys Of The Season cartridge. The snow is from the Outdoor Landscape Dies.


I added some ribbon for a scarf and a little pom pom for the hat. It's hard to see but this card is full of sparkle from metallic glitter pens, Wink of Stella, and the wonderful and new Peppermint Twist sequins. I hand cut the banner and embossed a sentiment from the Happy Celebrations stamp set. I added some bling to finish it off.

    Oh wow, these are both so fabulous, Tina!! That is the most amazing baby card!! I love the shape and the fun shaker!! The Christmas scene on the second one is absolutely adorable!! Love how you made the scarf and added the pom pom!! Love them both my friend!! Have a great weekend :)

    Wow, beauty and creativity abound in both cards. The baby shower card is perfect with is beautiful colors, shape and design the recipient will surly treasure it. I have to admit, I love the holiday card the best, there's just something about the that cute Koala with his Santa hat & that oh so cute Zebra with his scarf that make my heart flutter. You did an amazing job.

    My dear friend, your cards fill my heart with the sunshiniest warmth! The baby card is sweeter than a button.. the zebra is precious and I love the sweet color palette! The shaker usage is fabulous as always. And the Christmas one... if only I could tell you just how much I love it! The animals are darling and I LOVE how you turned them festive! The shaker is once again incredible. Tina, my sweet friend, this post is exactly what my heart needed tonight! I needed Christmas, sweetness, and an abundance of animal love.
