May New Release Sneak Peek- Monday

Today is Day 1 of the Sneak Peeks for the May Stamp Release at

  Crafting Desert Divas.  We have 5 new stamp sets and 2 die sets.

Today we are showcasing a new die set called Tag Essentials

Here's what I've created for you...

I made a couple tags using this wonderful new set. Now I've mentioned in the past that I am not a big tag maker because they take almost as long as making a card and they tend to get tossed in the trash with the wrappings. But I must say that this stitched die set sure makes it easy!

I kept it simple and I used an older stamp set called Deer Friends for this adorable little fox!! The sentiment is from the Short & Sweet tags stamp set.  I added a butterfly from the new CDD sequins called Butterfly Wishes. I then tied some burlap ribbon and twine and was done!

This second tag was fun to make! I made a denim pocket using my Cricut Old West Cartridge and put it on the tag.  I went over the stitching with my white Gelly roll pen that is now available to purchase in the CDD Shop. The little froggie is from the CDD Rain of Shine set. He just fits in that pocket like it was made for him! The sentiment if from the CDD Punny Set and the tag is from the Short & Sweet Tags.
