Here is what I made...

I used the cookie jar from the November Freebie stamp set. I have been wanting to make something for forever with this and I finally did!! Since I am loving shaker cards I thought how cute would it be to have cookies shaking around? So that is the idea that sparked this card! I chose some paper from the DCWV Evergreen stack and a kraft card stock base. The card is 5.5" square. The cookie stamp is from the Baked With Love set. I colored and fussy cut all the cookies. I even stamped them for the background behind my shaker. The holly leaf is from Get Your Jingle On. The bow is from Cricut's 3D bows and all the other cuts I made with DS.

The sentiment is from Baked With Love and I embossed it with sparkly red onto a vellum banner. I added some heart confetti and a few sequins and there you have it!  A cookie shaker. I have to admit those cookies look good enough to eat. I love homemade chocolate chip cookies!!

Here's what I've created for you today...

I made a shaker card for a baby shower. I used my favorite zebra and colored her with purple spectrum noir markers. I made the shaker with my fuse tool and filled it up with the CDD Pixie Dust sequins. The word baby is from the CTMH Cricut Artiste cartridge and the card shape is from Design Space. 

I added some prima flowers and pearls and used a sentiment from the Snips & Snails stamp set. 

For my next card I made a Christmas In July shaker card.

I used the Zebra and Koala and put them together. The antlers are from the Chill Out stamps and the present and Santa hat is from the Owl-idays.  The cuts are all from my Cricut and the tree is from the Joys Of The Season cartridge. The snow is from the Outdoor Landscape Dies.

I added some ribbon for a scarf and a little pom pom for the hat. It's hard to see but this card is full of sparkle from metallic glitter pens, Wink of Stella, and the wonderful and new Peppermint Twist sequins. I hand cut the banner and embossed a sentiment from the Happy Celebrations stamp set. I added some bling to finish it off.

Craftin Desert Divas July Release Sneak Peek Day 3

Hello everyone! Today is the last day of sneak peeks for the July stamp release. Head on over to facebook to the Craftin Desert Divas fb page to participate and get a free svg!! 

Today we are showcasing the 4 new mini stamp sets: Wildly Cute, Hippo Birdie To You, So Long and Koala-fied.

I made two sneak projects for you today.

I made this gift set using the Wildly Cute stamps. Don't you just love this little zebra??!! I made a shaker card and I water colored the background using some bright pinks to contrast with the black & white. The box is from the Cricut Box It Up cartridge. The tag is from the CDD Tag Essentials Dies.  The crinkle ribbon I won from Karen at the Little Scrap Pieces blog.

Of course the ribbon needed some bling so I added this heart rhinestone. The sentiment is from the Happy Celebrations stamp set.

I added some water color splatter and wink of stella to the heart for some sparkle.

For my koala card I used a Lori Whitlock pop up circle card base. I water colored the background with blues for the sky and greens for the tree. I used the Totally Turtle stamps for the balloons. I decorated with some of the new Snow Palace sequins. 

The koala was colored with my Spectrum Noir markers. I love this adorable koala!!

Today we are showcasing the Chill Out stamps

Here's what I've created for you ...

I made this shaker card using the Tag Essentials Dies. I filled it up with the new Snow Palace sequins and strung some tiny jingle bells to the top.  For a different look I used the tag as the centerpiece for my card. I colored the cutie pie penguin with my Spectrum Noir markers. She is full of sparkle though it may be hard to see. I used my Wink of Stella for her hat and stocking trim, and used silver metallic Wink of Luna for the stocking. I added a little pom pom for her hat. The snow is cut with the Outdoor Landscape Dies and I added Star Dust Stickles to the border. I also embossed the background with a Darice snowflake embossing folder.

I stamped this sentiment that I thought fit perfectly with this card along the bottom.

Craftin Desert Divas July Release Sneak Peek "Owl-idays"

Today we are showcasing the "Owl-idays" stamp set. It's Christmas in JULY!! Ok, so I really dragged my feet with this card because I am SO not ready for Christmas LOL!! It always comes way sooner than I want it to! It's bad enough my kids start school in 3 weeks.  So only 3 more weeks of sleeping in for me LOL!! So back to my project....

 

 I made a shaker card using the CDD Banner Dies and the new Silver and Gold sequins. I love these adorable little cuties!!I used my Cricut and DS for all the elements except the CDD stitched dies. I colored up these 2 owls with my Spectrum Noir markers and added some shimmer with my metallic pens on the little details.

I glittered up the Santa hat and scarf with my Wink of Stella (kind of hard to see) I used some Polar White Flower Soft for the snowy branch effect and drizzled it with Star Dust Stickles for extra sparkle. I cut the tag using the Tag Essentials Dies and stamped it with a sentiment from this new set. And finally I added some red & white twine with some jingle bells :)

Here is what I made...

I used the Outdoor Landscape Dies and put together this background with white card stock. I colored it in with my Spectrum Noir markers. The little jellies are from Wanna Hug and they are one of my favorite stamps!! 

The seaweed, sentiment, and bubbles are from the Under the Sea set. I embossed the sentiment onto vellum and attached some Mermaid Lagoon sequins. 

Lastly I decorated the inside and used Happy Birthday from the Simply Said stamps.
