I made my project using Ugly Sweaters:

I made some tags and sock cupcakes.

The tags were a lot of fun! I love the Treat Tag Dies. I used the banner from the Mini Tags 2 Dies.

I colored up each sweater with my Copics. I found these cute blue and white snowflake fluffy socks and cut out the cupcake box using Cricut's Sweet Treats cartridge at 7 inches. The clear treat bags are 4"x9".

I went with the traditional colors for this red and white striped pair of fluffy socks I found.

I love the sentiments in this new set and stamped and embossed them on the banner tag.

Gingie Sock Cupcake

Hello and happy Friday!!! Yay for the rain here in SoCal!! I do hope everyone is being safe. Nobody seems to slow down here while driving in the rain :(  It feels cold in my craft room today. I had to crank the heater so I could try to catch up with my blogging after finishing up this semester. My students did a fabulous job in their recitals and all my work is done. Now I get more time to spend playing with my cutting machines!! I say machines because even with the Explore I still need my other machines!  I still use my Imagine and sometimes if I'm in a hurry it is just faster to plug in my Expression. It can take near forever to find specific cuts on the Design Space.

I made this cute little sock cupcake for one of my daughter's Secret Santa presents. I forgot to take a pic of the socks but they had little Gingerbread men embroidered on the sides. I used Kraft and brown cardstock and the Sweet Treats Cartridge for the cupcake box. I rolled up the sock to be cupcake shaped.

I don't even know what cartridge the tag I used is from.  It is just one in a million that popped up when I searched "tag". It's not the one I wanted but I couldn't find the one I wanted on DS even after refining my search over and over. The adorable little Gingie is from the Create A Critter 2 cartridge. I added sparkly purple bows as well as some bling.  And the sentiment is from the awesome and ever so popular Get Your Jingle On stamp set from Crafting Desert Diva's. I love these stamps!!

Craftin Desert Diva's November 2014 Release Hop

And now on to my creation....

I made this 5.5 " cupcake shaped card using my Cricut Sweet Treats cartridge. I used sentiments from the new Craftin Desert Divas Baked With Love stamp set.  I also used the Too Cute By Jessica Baking Up Some Christmas Treats file for this sweet little baker. 

I stamped her face using the Peachy Keen Princess Face Assortment. The Christmas papers are from MAMBI sheets and K&Company.

The tag is from the Craftin Desert Diva's new Tag It set. I used some translucent glittery embossing powder over the tag and heart after I stamped the sentiments.

Little Boo Bear

 Hello my crafty friends! Are you getting ready for Halloween? My hubby loves to decorate and we all like to dress up. I've got my kids costumes ordered and already started buying candy (Now if only I could just stop eating it!). It's a little mellow at the new house unlike my old house where we would get (no kidding!) 700 or more trick or treaters!! Seriously they would get dropped off buy the vanfull on our block. We easily spent $200 on candy and ran out by 8pm! Now for my project....

Today I have a treat container I made using the Too Cute by Jessica Halloween Bear's file that you can now get for free with your order at the Craftin Desert Diva's shop!

Isn't she cute! I made the pumpkin using my Cricut Sweet Tooth cartridge. This cut is a cupcake shaped cupcake holder. I cut it out large by using the fit to page. *Warning* do the lid first as the bottom will cut larger than the Cricut allows the lid to cut.  I do like how it turned out. The stem and leaves are from my Stretch Your Imagination cartridge.  

For the tag I used my Sweet Treats cartridge. I stamped the sentiment using the Craftin Desert Diva's Ghostly Greetings stamp set. I used my drippy goo punch for the glittery glittery goo and the bats are from a K & Company sticker set. (Yes, I am finally using my stash... I have boxes of stickers!!!)

Cricut Sweet Treats

I made a couple cupcake cards using the Cricut Sweet Treats cartridge. I was blogging and I came across this idea and just had to scraplift it! I love using the color brown with the blue and pink. I used the swiss dots cuttlebug, and glossy accents to highlight the chips and swirls. I use DCWV glitter cards and some ribbon from the $1 section at Michaels.
