Jaded Blossom June 2017 Release Day 1

Hi friends! I'm so excited to share my projects for this release! JB has done it again with unique & fabulous stamps and dies! Today we are revealing 2 stamps and 1 die set that I LOVE!!!

Here is what I made:

I created a 3D Beer Mug/Stein Treat Holder!  Here is a video for a closer look:

I used the new Label Dies and this awesome sentiment from the new I Vike You stamps. I inked and embossed the panels of the svg with my woodgrain embossing folder and added strips of textured black cardstock with brads to embellish the stein. 

I also used the candies to decorate these gold kisses, I think the paper shred looks like the beer foam and the candies are gold to look like beer.

I used this card base from the Cricut Wild Card 2 cartridge for my card. 

I colored up this cutie with my Copics and added Nuvo drops and sequins to embellish.

Wishing You A Moovelous Day!

Hello crafty friends! I hope you are enjoying your Thursday.  Today does not feel like Fall in SoCal. It had cooled down so nicely and now it is back up to 92 degrees! Yikes! I hope it cools down again because the city just restricted our watering to twice a week. In this heat all my plants and flowers are sure to die.  I hope the weather is good for you in your hometown.  

Today I am sharing an adorable card I made using my Cricut and my Craftin Desert Diva's stamps.

The card base is made from my Wild Card 2 cartridge and is cut out at 5.5 inches. Isn't that sun just the cutest! I used my Peachy Keen stamps for the face. The papers are from DCWV Nursery baby girl. The polka dot papered grass is from the Zooballoo cartridge.

How stinkin cute is this cow! I love her so much!! I colored her with my Spectrum Noir pens. The sentiments are from 2 different sets that I masked off. I got the "wishing you a" from the Capture the Good Times set and the Moovelous Day is from the Simply Moovelous set. The cute little bee is from Jolee's stickers.

I made a matching envelope too! Here is a look at the stamps I used and you can find them at the Craftin Desert Diva's Shop..

Wild Card 2 Happy Sunshine Card

 Hello my crafty friends! It's been a very busy week with Back To School Nights, my hubbie's car breaking down, and family visiting. I got to visit with my Mom, Sis, and Niece which was nice. The broken car bit not so nice! But I did get some organizing done in my craft room! I also spent hours last night on the computer organizing my SVG's. How do you all do it? I'd like to hear your ideas!! I wasn't sure how to go about it but then I thought of Pinterest. Boy, have I accumulated a lot of SVG's! I find it's hard to keep up with what I have because they are all in files with random names from different shops and hops. So, I just posted pics of all the ones I own in files by maker on my Pinterest. Now all I have to do is browse my Pinterest to get ideas of what I want to make with the files I own!  Yay!

The weather here in SoCal has been HOT HOT HOT!!! I've been trying to think of Fall but I find myself wishing I could jump into the pool we had at our last house. No pool here so I'll just craft about it instead, lol! 

Today's card is made with my Cricut Wild Card 2 Cartridge. My bloggy friend Anita at Scrappy Happy Mommy has been posting a bunch of videos and she inspired me to take a look at this cartridge that I have barely used. Also I got to play with my awesome stamps from Craftin Desert Diva's, "Gotta Wear Shades" and "Summer Lovin' ".  These were just perfect! 

So I fell in love with this card and I've already started making a couple more! I cut it out at 5.5". The matching envelope is so fun and I just love the sun with my Peachy Keen Princess Face stamp. The papers are from DCWV Summer and Fun in the Sun stacks.

I love the shape of this cut and how it opens up.

This little bear is the cutest ever! I added my Wink of Stella over the glasses for some shimmer and added a rhinestone to the cup for some bling! Isn't she just too cute! I am having so much fun with my stamping and coloring. I feel like I did as a kid with my gigantic box of Crayola crayons and my big stack of coloring books.

So this is what happens when I'm having too much fun in my craftroom.....

I get my furbabies wanting some of my attention, lol!

Apple Of My Eye

Hello there crafty friends! Hope everyone is enjoying what's left of summer. It has been very hot here in SoCal! My kids have just finished their second week of school. This coming week there will be "Back to School Nights" and the week after progress reports.  I want to make some mini cards to give my kids throughout the school year. Here is the first one I made.

This is the apple card from the Wild Card 2 cartridge. I altered it quite a bit. I cut it out at 5.5".  It comes with a branch and bushy leaves attached. I trimmed that off. I cut the envelope out at 4.0" since I trimmed the card. I added another set of glasses and smile to the outer flap too.

Next I changed the frowny face to a smily face. I just love these little glasses. I made this card for my son so no bling! I used a mini tag from My Creative Time Teeny Tag Greetings and stamped it with My Pink Stamper "Fruit and Veggie Puns". I added some twine and stamped the inside with a stamp from Pink By Designs "Our kids" set. 

To me this came out so much cuter than the picture in the book. I hope you like my card! I will participate in the following challenges:
