Here is what I made...

I made a card that can be used for a graduation, an award, or any scholastic accomplishment. I tried to keep it gender neutral.  I made the paper using 3 different CDD stamp sets. The cute owl is from Designs on Cloud 9,  the star is from the Cricut Makin the Grade cartridge. 

The big Congrats is from the CDD Say It Big stamps, the small congrats is from Short & Sweet Tags and the star is from the Witch Crossing set.

I added some glossy accents to the glasses to make them shine. You can find all the stamps I used at the Craftin Desert Diva's shop

Today we are showcasing the Just For Mom Stamps!

Here is my project that I've created for you...

I made a card using this sweet little girl image. The labels are an svg from Designs On Cloud 9. The outside sentiment is from the CDD Happy Celebrations stamps set. I taped off to have it stretch along my hand cut banner. I embossed the pink scallop layer with my Cuttlebug.

I added this cute polka dot ribbon that coordinated with my Spectrum Noir markers. For the inside of the card I used these adorable flowers and wonderful new sentiment.

Like the Flower & Bee Great Friends Are We

Hello and happy Saturday! Today I have a sweet little card to share. 

I made this cute shaped card with my Explore using an SVG card base from Designs On Cloud 9. I altered the shape just a bit so it would have A2 measurements. The adorable bee holding the flower is from my Cricut Paisley cartridge. I need to use that cartridge more! It's been almost a year since I pulled this one out!  I love all the fun images. One of the benefits to me about design space is that it shows me all my images instead of me having to flip through my handbooks.  I do enjoy the handbooks and flipping but it is also nice to search bee and have all the bees from all my cartridges pop up. The papers are all from my scrap box which is overflowing from this past year of crafting regularly.

The sweet little bow is from my Artiste cartridge. This picture captures the sparkle on the wings and bow from my Wink of Stella pen. The sentiment is from the Craftin Desert Diva's Lil Bit Buggie stamp set. I taped off the sentiment to place parts of it on the banners and the inside of the card as well.

Here is the picture of the stamp set I used. I think this is my new favorite set. I have plans for every single sentiment and of course I need to use that adorable bee stamp!

Exploring Cricut and More Crafter's Choice Challenge

Happy Monday everyone! Today there is a new challenge at:

I am so happy to be a part of such a wonderful design team 

at the Exploring Cricut and More blog. I just love all the Cricut 

and SVG projects made by these wonderfully talented ladies! 

Today's challenge is "Crafter's Choice" using at least 2 diecuts! I made

this card using my very first SVG cut! This adorable penguin was a freebie

at Designs On Cloud 9. I just think he is so darned cute!!! I have had

the SCAL 2 software forever but was intimidated by it. I decided to

give it a try and it worked like a charm! I am in love with so many of 

these adorable SVG's I see on everyone's blogs and now I can partake

in the fun, yippee!

I made this card a couple weeks ago. I used the CTMH Art Philosophy cartridge

 for this scalloped circle card. I cut it at 5.25". I decided to make it an easel card.

 The circle layers are cut at 5.0" and 4.75". The banner was cut at .75" 

and stamped using the Craftin' Desert Diva's stamps. The top note layers were 

cut at 2.0" and 1.75".

I used some enamel brads to decorate the banner and glittery cardstock 

for the glasses, beak, and feet. I used some silvery mirror card stock 

for the lenses. I am so excited about this card and my first SVG cut! I am 

already working on other projects and can't wait to share them with you!
